Sunday morning at 12:30am someone broke into my car in an attempt to steal it. They shattered a window to get into the vehicle.Between the awful weather, rain and potential future break ins I stressed about getting my window replaced especially since insurance wasn’t going to cover it.Thankfully the people at Central Kentucky Autoglass called all over town to find a glass for my car since most places were out of stock. Thankfully their hard work paid off and found one for me.I dropped my vehicle off with Jose who had my car turned around the same day with short notice. I couldn’t thank these any more. Window looks great, has oem stickers and gives me a piece of mind for a great deal.Safelite wasn’t going to get me in until a whole week mobile or in store, which is understandable with appointments scheduling but these guys made it happen!Not only did they respond to me and get things scheduled on their day off they made it happen quick. Definitely give them a chance.

Sadly I’ve had to use them on two different trucks in the past year and they are dependable, qualified and courteous. If you have full coverage insurance they even help work with your agent to do all the claim setup! When my new truck’s windshield got cracked by road debris on Wednesday I didn’t even sweat it cause I know these guys will have it fixed before date night Friday ❤️

Central Kentucky Auto Glass made a process I thought would be really stressful super easy. The person I worked with over the phone helped me all steps of the way including helping me submit a claim to my insurance. The technicians that were sent out were awesome and made me feel really safe and comfortable. I can with 100% confidence recommend CKAG they were amazing to work with. Although I hope my windshield doesn't crack again, life happens and if it does happen. They will be the first people I call about getting it repaired.I also got a quote from them before I did an insurance claim and even without an insurance claim it still would have by far been the most affordable option.

The day after Christmas someone broke one of my windows and windshield. My insurance referred me to central Kentucky auto glass. I’m very impressed with the service and efficiency of their work. Morgan and Dalton, came to my home and replaced the broken glass in less than hour. I did a drop off for my windshield repair and that was also done very quickly. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, someone busted my driver's car window, stole items from my car, and caused me undue stress and anxiety. My insurance arranged for Safelite to replace it. They were anything but helpful. FORTUNATELY, CKAG was able to come quickly and Devin replaced my window within 15 minutes all the while being professional and friendly. I cannot thank them enough! If you need this service, you'd be crazy to go anywhere else!!

I recently purchased a vehicle and when I finally got to go pick it up I realized that it had a cracked windshield it was already paid for so I decided to keep the vehicle but was told in order for it to actually pass inspection I would have to replace the windshield that was after 4 pm yesterday July 12. I was frantically calling around different places to do a quick install after calling 5 different places I came across CENTRAL KY AUTO GLASS and not only were they the cheapest they were also the soonest available. Dylan the young man who came to install my windshield was so professional and he did the windshield in less than an hour. He spoke highly of his boss and that’s something you don’t see regularly. I’m not an easy person to impress but I was totally impressed with Dylan’s work along with his attitude. So I never do these reviews but I’m so impressed by how well DYLAN did on my windshield that I just couldn’t keep quiet about it. Thank you Josh for sending Dylan to fix my windshield I hope your business grows

These guys are awesome! I called on a Friday I think, and they immediately had me on the phone with my insurance company, making arrangements for a new windshield. Josh, the intake manager, told me the windshield would be in Tuesday and they would be there to install it. It all went according to plan, and their installer was awesome! I was a little nervous as the car was pretty new, and I was worried about all the programming, but they clearly know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

I had spoken to a couple other places to have a front windshield replaced on my old farm truck. Seen CKAG on the news in Lexington doing a story about storms, so I thought to call them on Wednesday. He answered all my questions with no hesitation or acting as if I was being any trouble. I had surgery on Thursday, so I couldnt remember what day he was supposed to come. I asked my daughter on Monday if he had come and she said no, so I called him. Turns out there was a bit of confusion because of him having another 2004 GMC to do at the same time (problems of massive windstorm that came through). He was SUPER apologetic and promised to be out the very next day. He definitely followed up with his promise. Today is Monday of the following week. I finally was able to drive, so I drove my old farm truck. The window looks amazing. They did a perfect job, and I can say that because of having a well known popular company do my old Scion years ago. That window looked horrible and leaked. It was never right, so I never wanted to use the safe again. This is why I was glad to find Central Kentucky Auto Glass. I went in my yard today, because they came to my house to replace my windshield. I noticed my antenna had been forgotten to be put back on and a piece on my truck was broken. This man offered to buy me a completely new piece to put back on my old farm truck. Honestly, I am not even 100% positive that his employee broke the piece (I mean the truck is 19 yrs old), but he did not even question me at all. I take that to be the best honor imaginable in a business. I was not going to make him pay for a piece on an old truck that may not have even been his fault, but it was nice that he offered with no questions asked. He even sent me a gift certificate because of my trouble with the antenna and apologized, because he is adamant his employees will do a wonderful, detailed job. I will continue to do business with him and recommend him to any and everybody I know.

Very impressed with this company! I had my back windshield replaced, and these guys repaired it and came out within less than 24 hours of the incident. Done in 45 minutes and even took the extra time to clean out some extra glass that had fallen through out the rest of my vehicle. Glass broke on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Communication was stellar even through the holidays. Glass was replaced at my place of work during the first business day after the holidays and was less expensive than Safe Lite or any body shop in town. Thank you Central Kentucky Auto Glass!I had a chip on my windshield that spread with the subzero temperatures. Yesterday I googled auto glass and 3 local options came up and they were listed as 5 stars with 153 reviews. I called them and Josh had me text him my insurance info. He talked to the insurance company and called me back and we did a 3 way call. The insurance approved it a very short time later that day and he came to my house today to fix it. He can also recalibrate it on site (for accident detection features). If I’d called the insurance company, they’d have sent me to Safelite and the money wouldn’t be supporting a locally owned and operated business. YOU DON’T HAVE TO CALL THE INSURANCE COMPANY FIRST! This was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done and Josh at CKAG took care of everything! AND my #BBN fans, Safelite is a huge supporter of Ohio State. Need I say more? #shoplocal #supportlocal

I had an awesome experience with central Kentucky Auto Glass. I’m a travel nurse and my windshield was cracked on the way into town on Tuesday. I called central Kentucky auto glass on Thursday, they replied, walked me through the insurance process( basically did it for me) and had my windshield replaced by 10:30 am the next day. Josh did a great job at handling everything with insurance, for me. All I had to do was call , set up the appointment and show him the car!! I found CKAG after calling Safelite and getting a quote of $569.99. They didn’t even ask if I had insurance.
